    About Mental Health Services in Texas:

    Texas law provides patients with certain rights regarding access to their mental health records. Under Texas Health and Safety Code §611.0045, patients generally have the right to access the content of their confidential mental health records, subject to certain exceptions. To request access to your records, please contact your clinician or submit a written request to the practice.
